WAIVER WHO SHOULD AVOID LFA Individuals with Epilepsy, Mental disorders, like manic disorder, schizophrenia, paranoia, psychotic episodes, or other severe mental issues. Clients on antidepressants may be less sensitive to energies. Children under the age of 18 should have a parent or guardian present at the time of the class. Children under the age of 13 should not attend this class. Women on their last trimester of pregnancy should avoid LFA classes. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a LFA class with Gaby B Hales involves physical, emotional, and psychological risks. I voluntarily assume all associated risks. Release of Liability: I release Gaby B Hales, from any liability, claims, or demands for injuries or damages arising from my participation in the session. Touch Consent: I consent to appropriate physical touch during the session to facilitate my experience. I will communicate any discomfort or boundaries to the facilitator. No Guarantees: l understand that Gaby B Hales does not guarantee specific outcomes, LFA is about deepening consciousness and not physical healing, and that the session is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Medical and Substance Use Disclosure: I affirm that l am not under the influence of substances or drugs, and I am not taking any medications that affect my participation. I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions to Gaby B Hales. Photo and Video Consent: I consent to being photographed and/or filmed during the session for promotional or educational purposes. Indemnification: l agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaby B Hales from any costs arising from my participation in the session. Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability. By registering for this event, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the recommendations.
